Dr. Luis J. Contreras
Dr. Contreras was born in Louisville, Kentucky, but Florida has been home for most of his life. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, followed by his Medical Degree from Ross University. He then completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Louisville, where he was recognized for his exceptional patient care with an award for outstanding medical care in an outpatient community setting. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and committed to providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare to his patients.
After completing his residency, Dr. Contreras returned to Florida with a passion for serving his community. He founded Florida Premier Medical Care with the goal of delivering personalized, patient-centered care in a welcoming and supportive environment. His approach emphasizes trust, open communication, and a commitment to improving each patient’s overall well-being. Outside of medicine, Dr. Contreras enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two daughters. As a dedicated sports enthusiast, he loves cheering on his favorite teams and attending Gators and Bucs games.
Marci Montague
Marci is originally from Linesville, Pennsylvania. She moved to Florida in 2010. She has 13 years experience in the healthcare community. She began her nursing career at Brooksville Regional Hospital where she worked in the Progressive and Intensive Care Units. She was charge nurse in both units during her time in the hospital and this journey inspired her to continue her education so she could continue caring for her community.
Marci returned to Graduate school in 2017 and completed the Master of Science in Nursing degree with the focused track of the Family Nurse Practitioner Program from Purdue University Global. She achieved her National Certification and began her new endeavor practicing in Internal Medicine. She greatly enjoys caring for her patients and building relationships with them.
In her free time, Marci enjoys spending time with her husband and their 4 cats! She also enjoys shopping, backyard barbecues by her pool, and spoiling her nephews!
